Project
Following the 2016 Presidential election, Dawn M. Adams decided to run for Virginia’s 68th District’s Delegate seat. Adams enlisted Innate’s help to organize and run her campaign.
My Role
For Virginia’s 2017 election, I created copy for Delegate Adams’ website, political mailers, social media accounts, and canvassing handouts.
UPDATE: Delegate Adams unseated the 10 year Republican incumbent in the 2017 Virginia election. Though she opted to quietly retire her social accounts during her first term in an effort to connect with her constituents face to face, Delegate Adams is now on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. In her efforts to restart her social presence, Delegate Adams has hired me to run her pre-existing Facebook page as well as create new Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Political Mailers
Throughout the 2017 election season, Delegate Adams needed three political mailers encompassing health care, education, and the local economy.
